RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At EI-ONZIÈME MUSE BEAUTY, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of some of our products and our online sales process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for purchases made on our website.

1. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Sealed, opened, and/or used products for hygiene reasons (e.g., makeup, cosmetics, underwear, bath accessories, etc.).
  • Discounted or sale items (final sale).

2. FINAL SALE CONDITIONS

By confirming your order, you agree that all purchases made on our website are considered final sales. Once your order is confirmed, no returns will be accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

3. ORDER ERRORS & DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect, incomplete, or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing photos of the damaged or faulty item.

We will assess the issue and proceed with a replacement or refund as necessary.

4. UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED PARCEL (MONDIAL RELAY, DROP-OFF, ETC.)

If a parcel is not collected within the time limit set by the carrier (for example, via Mondial Relay), it will be automatically returned to us.
In this situation:

  • The customer will be eligible for a refund of the merchandise amount only, excluding shipping fees, which remain the customer’s responsibility.

  • In the case of a parcel drop-off, the refund will also apply only to the merchandise, excluding shipping fees.

The refund will be processed using the original payment method, once the returned parcel has been received and verified by our team.

5. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, we recommend contacting us immediately after your purchase at info@onziememuse.com, but we cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible.
