By placing an order, you accept these TCS without reservation.

EI-ONZIÈME MUSE BEAUTY specializes in selling cosmetics and other beauty accessories exclusively to consumers through its online store onziememuse.com.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND PAYMENT

• Prices on the Website are displayed in euros (€).
• As a micro-enterprise, VAT is not applicable (Article 293 B of the French Tax Code).
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are clearly stated before order confirmation and added to the total price.
• For shipments outside the EU and French overseas territories, additional customs duties or local taxes may apply. These fees are the Buyer's responsibility.

Delivery Timeframes:

Upon receipt, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer. Any damaged item must be reported to the carrier.
For damaged products, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@onziememuse.com, including photos and a description of the issue.

SECTION 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers have a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason.

Returned products must be sent back in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

Hidden Defects Guarantee:
